An interesting combination woven together with time in the concrete egg, which creates a vortex that moves the lees upwards, contributing to its plump full palate. Plenty of blackcurrant flavours with a dusty thread from the nebbiolo. The chalky tannins are finely integrated and the generous fruit flavours burst out. Plenty of appeal with that final tarry edge adding to the complex sustained finish..
