An impressive sparkling wine from the Blackwood Valley. Attractive aromas of light brioche and lemon rind with a little subtle yeasty character. The palate is fine and persistent extending to a long finish. This is a brut style wine that would be an ideal aperitif with its lively fresh acidity.
