Whimwood concentrates on achieving low yields with the aim of producing fruit with highly complex flavours. Spending time with the vines, closely monitoring the fruit and hand picking the best grapes is done to achieve the best quality from each vintage. A really promising small producer with a number of awards already. The vines are now mature and delivering first rate fruit to feed their excellent range of wines.
