There are few better value chardonnays from Margaret River. And yet again this one delivers right on the money. You get a little peachy stone fruit on the nose with a punchy floral lift. On the palate other characters of flinty matchstick and butterscotch emerge. Has a creamy rich texture but the fine acidity keeps it tight and precise.

A beautiful cabernet from this excellent red wine vintage. Oh my, it does pack plenty into its medium to full-bodied frame. Blackcurrant with a distinctive bay leaf and black olive tapenade character swirls through the nose. Sauvignon Blanc

So delicate yet with so much flavour. This is a wonderful product of the '23 vintage. Loads of fragrant tropical aromas with a dash of citrus. But the key is a little bit of barrel maturation which takes it to another level of interest and appeal. It's just a tweak but it works beautifully.

Cabernet Sauvignon

There is a subregional characters about this cabernet from the northern end of Margaret River. Aromas of blackcurrant with an olive tapenade, bay leaf and oyster shell minerality on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with bright red fruits augmented with a juicy blackberry and light cedary influence. A very tidy cabernet.

This is a wine that continually delivers polished quality chardonnay at real value for money. This one from the ’23 vintage nails the early drinking but with a little complexity style perfectly. Stone fruit with a little butterscotch and citrus finished with a slight minerally flinty character.

For some time now Rosily’s take on this blend has included a small amount of oak maturation, and it makes all the difference, elevating it from a simple and fruity blend into something with a bit of character. At the same time the essential bright fruit characters with a bracing lemon zip are not lost.

Shiraz

Lots to like about this Margaret River shiraz. Aromas immediate reveal a clove and black fruit combination with a decent sprinkle of pepper over the top. The palate has deep flesh and there is structure with the firm chalky tannins and oak. Medium bodied and good drinking in the next couple of years.
