Windance Glen Valley shiraz 2023

Get a good year like this, and Margaret River shiraz can excel. This one has a firmness about it, but wrapped around is plush, generous fruit displaying that compelling mix of blackberry and dark plum with some brighter red fruit notes. There's a toasty oak influence that brings that structure and control to play. It's an elegantly crafted wine delivered with great poise, and the chalky tannins with a slightly oyster shell complexity add to the finish.
