Redshed Wines Reserve cabernet sauvignon 2023

The varietal notes of cabernet are immediately evident on the nose. Blackcurrant and black olive with traces of bay leaf and oyster shell minerality. The palate pulls together the fine supporting tannins and neatly layered oak to add structural support for some high-class fruit. The minerally acidity gives it a real kick through to a long finish.
