This is a variety that always seems to do very well in cooler vineyard areas. In this case it's working wonderfully well from this Karridale vineyard. Has the lift of dried herbs and raspberry aromas. The palate is as good as you will see for this variety in Australia. There is depth and fruit concentration delivered with a degree of finesse and lightness of touch.
