Cherubino The Yard Pinot Gris 2022

This is pinot gris with a little difference. It's been partially fermented in oak so you get that textural richness to augment the steelier lean varietal characters of the pinot gris. Light and fine with an apple crumble and cut pear combo doing their thing.
