Since 2000, Flying Fish Cove has been producing an excellent range of wines following a sustainable approach in the pursuit of wines of vibrance and expression. The excellent Wildberry vineyard in the heart of Margaret River is a key contributor to the quality of the range, with its low yields, intense flavours and bold structures strong features of the wines. A combination of traditional and modern innovation is used in making the wines with wild yeasts and minimal intervention features.
