Fairbrossen began in 1995 with 2 hectares of vines planted in Wilyabrup, Margaret River. After establishing a winery, vineyard and restaurant in the Perth Hills, the family returned to Margaret River in 2019, building a 100% off-grid winery in Witchcliffe. Today, they farm 10 hectares across three vineyards, growing albarino, fiano, chardonnay, pinot noir, nebbiolo, tempranillo, malbec and cabernet sauvignon. They manage every aspect, from pruning and hand harvesting to small-batch winemaking, focusing on gentle farming and textural wines.
