The first vines were planted in 2002 on a gently sloping block of a former cattle grazing property. The home vineyard sits in the middle of Wilyabrup, and the first planted were cabernet sauvignon and shiraz. Then in 2004, chardonnay and semillon were planted with sauvignon blanc in 2008. A chenin blanc vineyard was planted in the Swan Valley in 2011.
