One of the best examples of this wine I have seen. There is a beautifully crunchy mineral purity that strikes immediately. The nose is a mix of light citrus and sea spray. It's engaging. Then the fine and delicate palate really hits the mark. A linear yet intense flavour combo extends precisely to a long finish.

This is a mighty impressive chardonnay for this price. It a wild fermented and then spent 11 months in oak on lees before more time in stainless steel before bottling. Another outstanding chardonnay from the '20 vintage. Shows more obvious upfront fruit than the Reserve, yet this remains high class, sophisticated stuff. The crunchy vibrant fruit reveals a little struck match edginess with a typical ripe stone fruit character. The palate tightened by the oak and a slightly lemony lick and a final touch of sea spray.

The palate is finely presented with a lemon and vanillin character merging with just a trace of lifted honeysuckle blossom. No it's settled a creamy texture is developing on the palate.

The palate has a creamy texture, with notes of quince and honeycomb, but it's held to a keen focus by the fine-grained oak and racy acidity. Very long and controlled palate of great precision is a feature.

Attractive lighter style chardonnay, but one with a really appealing mix of butterscotch and light stone fruit that merges neatly with a little citrus edge. This is one of the best I have seen from Credaro. Has the typical rich generosity but it's delivered with a tidy restraint and deft elegance. Aromas of lemon blossom, grapefruit and white peach. Then the palate brings it all together with a rich lees influence, neatly applied oak and a crisp fresh acidity. It stacks up mighty well.
