A sparkling wine that shows what a good variety chenin is for turning into sparkling wine. This has slightly more fruit generosity than previous vintages but still retains that bracing crispness and fruit energy. Careful not to chill it too much otherwise you might lose those beautiful aromatics and palate flavours.
