At the time of tasting this was high summer and I couldn’t imagine a better wine to be sipping than this delightfully fragrant and perfume rose. There is the lift of bright raspberry and strawberry with a faint suggestion of an earthy vineyard terroir. It creates an interesting palate that is both complex and refreshing with the lively finishing acidity. Good to go.
