Snake + Herring Dirty Boots Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

This is a wine that offers so much at a reasonable price. It comes off seven blocks within the region from a number of sub-regions, and this northern part of Margaret River towards Yallingup really delivers on that blackcurrant, black olive combination with a little savoury oyster shell minerality. This is a stylish wine of good structure and bright fruit, with fine tannins and subtle use of oak, well managed.
