Clairault chardonnay 2022

This is a most attractive Chardonnay from a vintage that produced a little more depth and concentration than the previous 2021. Lifted notes of brioche and stone fruit with a light cashew complexity. The palate is neatly woven with fine oak complementing some quality fruit. There’s a nice edge of cut lime and pear with just the lightest of struck match touches.
