Chalari Riesling 2023

This is a slightly different take on this variety which stems from the winemaking. The fruit was sourced from Albany and was then fermented on full solids in a stainless-steel egg. It’s contributed to a beautifully vibrant and lively style with a racy acidity delving deep through the lemony palate. Fine chalky acid completes a different expression of the variety.
