Medium-bodied, with plenty of persistent flavour. On the nose, there’s a neat mix of nougat and quince, with a little lemon meringue. It all swirls together into a lovely combination. The palate releases a neat mix of oatmeal and lemon pith, with a little grapefruit edginess. Precise, with a long finish.
