Fraser Gallop Palladian cabernet sauvignon 2023

Maroon with a dark cherry rim, this is superbly balanced, sleek and supple. High-quality oak is finely integrated with notes of cassis, plums, aniseed, blackberries, cigar boxes, dark chocolate, charcuterie, tobacco leaves, beefstock and graphite. Intensity is maintained throughout and this is a cabernet of extraordinary length going through to the silkiest of tannins. The wine gives the impression of cool, in every sense of the word. So much to love. It will provide twenty to twenty-five years of enjoyment.
