Fraser Gallop Estate focuses on the traditional wines of Margaret River – cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay and semillon sauvignon blanc. The vines are dry-grown from planting, cane pruned, low yielding, shoot-thinned, bunch-thinned, leaf-plucked and hand-picked. The winemaking combines the traditional approach to these varieties with the latest technology and expertise.
