Fuddling Cup Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

A thoroughly beautiful medium bodied cabernet starting to move into its best drinking zone. The extra time in bottle has allowed those subtle leathery, library book characters to merge with the primary red and black fruit characters. It is still firm as you would expect from this vintage, but the flesh and richness of the fruit balances it perfectly. Dark chocolate and slightly stewed plum richness add to the final picture.
