Castle Rock Estate Skywalk riesling 2026

This is a sort of entry-level riesling, if you like. An immediately approachable wine with soft acidity but wonderful fruit characters exhibiting on the floral, minerally nose, and then the finely balanced, pure, crisp palate. Has an absolutely beautiful mouthfeel with a slightly talcy bath-salts character emerging. If you’re wanting to get into your rieslings, this one is right on the money.
