The first thing is the depth and intensity of the colour. It was made minimalistically with little winemaking involvement. Has a ripe, juicy mouthfeel with plenty of dark and blue fruits with some nicer savoury herb-like characters. There’s a sort of wild and crazy mix of aromas that are immediately engaging. Lovely texture and dried finish.
