Windance Wild Things Amphora cabernet 2025

There is so much to like about this cabernet. It started life with fermentation in amphora before maturation in French barriques for about five months. This technique has clearly had an influence because this is a quite exquisitely presented cabernet, seamlessly integrated, finely structured, and supremely refined. Aromas of blackcurrant, very subtle bay leaf, and black olive. And then a palate that is bursting with quite vibrant, high energy fruit. This is a really classy wine. There's so much to like about it.
