The colour is a quite brilliant pale pink copper tone. A fresh and fragrant light bodied wine. Capturing all the zing of modern rosé. On the nose, some delightfully fragrant strawberries. Watermelon characters dominate, while the palate delivers clean, crisp flavours lifted by a bright acidity and carried through to the long finish. Has a crisp zippiness about it.
