A mix of clones has been used here to complement the traditional Gingin clone. So, you know it has power and weight, but the Bernard and P58 clones have brought a restrained refinement to balance. After wild yeast fermentation, it was left on lees for nine months, during which time it picked up deeper, richer palate intensity. Has a nutty, minerally, and crunchy citrus aroma before the palate delivers with a slightly savoury element adding to it. It’s a classy wine.
