Snake + Herring Primary chardonnay 2024

Like the Corduroy chardonnay, this wine is also sourced from Margaret River. But it is a distinctly different style, providing a tighter, leaner, slightly tenser expression. All compacted with control and focus. Lemony meringue, light stone fruit and cashew notes on the nose. The palate is quite precise, with some lovely oak and slightly chalky tannins bringing it all together, gathering through to a long finish. A little struck-match complexity adds the final touch.
