Myattsfield chardonnay 2025

A most beautiful, floral, expressive chardonnay out of the Perth Hills. It was fermented in a mix of new French oak, a ceramic egg and stainless steel, with some lees stirring after fermentation. So, it’s created a wine of complexity, vibrancy and richness while retaining its fine linear poise. There’s a lovely lemony tang with a touch of stone fruit and a little lightly roasted cashew. The acid sustains that long finish.
