Gilberts riesling 2025

Over the years, some quite exceptional rieslings have come off this little vineyard just north of Mount Barker. Typically, the aromas are a combination of lime and lemon with a slightly spicy, mineral nuance. The palate is deeply intense but delivers with a degree of 2025 delicacy, and the dry finish is long. There's a beautiful mouthfeel about this riesling, with the acid almost subordinated, yet still important in bringing freshness and vibrancy to the palate. Its juicy, refreshing feel completes the wine.
