This comes from a block on the original planting on the Yallingup Hills. It's a remarkably elegant and stylish cabernet from this region. Aromas of bay leaf and blackberry with a little red currant nuanced. The palate has an effortless feel about it, with its medium weight packing good structural intensity with those fine though firm tannins fundamentally in support, and the oak well-balanced. It's a bright, high-energy cabernet with loads of appeal.
