Brown Hill Fimiston Reserve shiraz 2024

Colour is quite brilliant and lustrous. The nose delivers real intensity with a captivating mix of liqueur cherry and dark chocolate. And then the palate reveals, with its merging of dark plum, blackberry, and some nice mulberry-like characters. The tannins are firmish and fine, with a slight chalkiness offsetting the fruit characters and contributing to its balance. A wine of some detail and sophistication.
