Singlefile Small Batch Denmark Pinot Noir 2021

This is only made in tiny volumes. In fact, just two barrels of this one. It's different take on pinot noir for Singlefile adopting a minimal intervention approach using Dijon clones off the home block in Denmark. Bursting with red fruit on the nose with deeper darker secrets behind. The palate has a smooth textured feel with supple fruit flavours balanced against a steel minerally thread. There's a slightly rustic gamey character which speaks pinot noir. Poised and perfectly integrated.
