Bou-Ju Sauvignon Blanc 2024

This is from Albany and left on skins for four days before being pressed off to a mix of 20% new oak and all the rest older oak barriques. Creates a more neutral but still flavoursome wine. Has a slightly reductive sweaty character. The fume oak influence mutes the aromatics but retains a beautiful palate feel.
