Ashbrook is one of the earlier estates in Margaret River, now with third-generation involvement. It was established in 1975 and was chosen for its optimum grape-growing soil and climate. Only hand-harvested, estate-grown fruit is processed and bottled onsite. Ashbrook’s philosophy is to create premium-quality wines, embracing tradition and technology that exemplifies varietal integrity and displays the best of Margaret River. The wines are always consistent and super value. The whites have always been strong and in the past few years the reds have started to hit their straps. The long winding drive in is worth the visit alone.
