Windance shiraz 2024

A generous and opulent shiraz from this very warm season that shows what can be achieved with clever vineyard management and then empathetic treatment in the winery. The nose is a lovely combination of spices and blackberries, with a plummy dark chocolate overlay. The palate has a certain firmness about it through the core, yet there's a plush wrap of ripe, generous, slightly peppery fruit. There's a lot happening here, and yet another example of a first rate shiraz from this small producer.
