Talisman Gabrielle chardonnay 2025

Another excellent example of chardonnay under this label, which has evolved over the years into a wine of greater refinement and finesse, while still using wild fermentation in new and one-year-old oak. But the balance of the oak and the fruit has achieved greater harmony. Lovely aromas of savoury, lightly butterscotch and cashew-like characters. And then a palate which has a lovely keen edge underpinning the intense flavours and fruit. A most complete and expressive chardonnay from this excellent producer.
