Stormflower Chenin Blanc 2021

This is a barrel fermented style of chenin blanc. The oak has been gently introduced and certainly does not dominate, but it does bring a level of textural complexity to lift. Retains its fresh green apple and light tropical fruit characters with a slight creaminess. Excellent wine.
