Sittella Louis Jack Berns Blanc de Blancs 2020

This wine is always kept for a minimum of five years before release. This is a thoroughly exquisite, delicate, refined sparkling chardonnay sourced from Pemberton. There’s a lovely light lemony-brioche combination on the nose. The palate is so delicate but with excellent flavour intensity. Fine chalky acidity and a little lemony zip all contribute to a racy, long, precise finish. An excellent example of the blanc de blancs style.
