A consistently impressive and expressive example of this variety sourced from the Swan Valley. On the nose, you get the usual tropical, albeit lightly tropical, fruits. But then, in this case, there’s a slightly spicy, dried-herb character adding further complexity. The palate is textured and flavoursome, with the light fruits supported by a fine, crisp, natural acidity that is a character of this variety. A beautiful example of a distinct take on Swan Valley chenin blanc.
