Pn Sauvignon Blanc 2024

An excellent Porongurup savvy. It’s textured and flavoursome with a melon edge to the tropical fruit. Has 50% old puncheon fermentation and the rest stainless steel, which shows in the textured mouthfeel and palate structure. The approach has muted the primary punchy fruit characters creating a wine of complexity and interest. Love this wine with its aromatics and acid profile.
