Opens with a distinctive spicy bath salts aroma, typical of the region. This is from the Wyjup North vineyard and includes more pressings to give it greater phenolic texture. These vines were established in 1971. The beautifully textured palate is both powerful and long, with the structure and intensity to reward cellaring. It was made entirely in stainless steel, allowing the wine to express the vineyard with clarity.
