Pedestal Margaret River Shiraz 2022

A rich and chewy shiraz from what was a good year in Margaret River for this variety. The nose loads up with liqueur black cherry, dark plum and a little earthy complexity. The palate is dense and concentrated with a liberal sprinkling of spices merging with the dark chocolate and mulberry flavours. It remains soft and supple, supported by gentle tannins. A wine to get your teeth into now.
