Mandoon sauvignon blanc 2025

The fruit for this excellent savvy comes from Mandoon’s Karridale vineyard, south of Margaret River. It’s all about freshness and vibrancy, but after the first ferment, a small portion was matured in new French oak. That certainly brought a complex weave and some noticeable texture into the wine. This is a savvy that offers much more than your traditional fruit bomb. There’s complexity and intrigue from the nose right through to the last lick of the lips. Impeccably balanced and finished.
