Flowstone Chardonnay 2021

This is a classy chardonnay from what was a cooler season in Margaret River that produced white wines of finesse and purity. Fermented in a mix of 25% new and 75% once-used French oak before malolactic fermentation which took place over 12 months. Engaging aromas of hazelnut and stone fruits with a little lemon curd and fresh brioche. The palate is both textured and fine with its extended finish promoted by the fine chalky acid. A great value quality chardonnay.
