Faber Vineyard pinot noir 2025

An excellent pinot sourced from the famous Wignalls Vineyard, right on the edge of Albany, from vines that are now more than 40 years old. There are beautiful red fruits on the nose, with some cherry and raspberry notes, a little spice, and just a little cranberry character. The palate is deeply intense but deftly controlled, with a firmish core of oak and very fine tannins supporting plush, lustrous fruits. Impressive pinot.
