Deep Woods Estate Reserve Shiraz 2025

Has to be one of the best shiraz yet produced from Deep Woods. It’s a brilliant example of what Margaret River can do in an excellent season, and this was certainly one of those. Aromas of plums, spices, a little syrupy chocolate and some bright cherry. And then a palate that is so seamlessly integrated, with a weave of fine-grain tannins, silky fine oak and plush, generous fruit. It’s all harnessed and controlled as it focuses through to an exceptionally long finish. Brilliant wine.
