Coughlan Estate Single Vineyard Shiraz 2021

This really is a delightful light to medium bodied shiraz. Highly perfume aromas with spicy black pepper nuances over sweet plum and subtle charcuterie notes. The palate is filled with dark fruits livened with a mix of spices and black pepper. Oak is muted but important and the palate extends to a long finish.
