Although 2024 was a warm year across much of Western Australia, the cooler Great Southern performed exceptionally well. This is a classic cool-climate style, showing plum, cherry and violet aromas with subtle dusty, smoky notes. The medium-bodied palate bursts with flavour, combining tightly integrated fruit and oak with fine-grained tannins. Soft and supple, yet with a core of structure that carries through to a long finish. A thoroughly tidy wine.
