Rockcliffe Single Site Limited Release malbec 2023

A lovely example of Frankland River malbec from a small vineyard, showing an intensity of bright red fruits with a little creamy blue fruit influence. It's medium-bodied but generously flavoured, with the fine juicy red fruits emerging on the palate, supported by a slightly chalky, limestone-like acidity. It's a wine of some poise and offers terrific drinking in the medium term.
