Riverbank Estate Rebellious chenin blanc 2023

This is a simply delicious example of this famous variety from the Swan. Aromas are quite floral with notes of pear, apple, and a slightly pastry crumble character. The acid is clean and crisp, and there is a lovely textural feel on the palate, which will continue to evolve with further cellaring. These are just thoroughly scrumptious wines for drinking right now, but this one does have some cellaring potential.
